Like they said in the video, it's for airports and farms to scare off birds that cause trouble, and the Peregrine Falcon, as they said it being a natural predator, top of the bird food chain and capable of diving at over 100 mph, this is not for amusement at all but for work. Yep. Birds are super super smart creatures. They are one of the only original dinosaurs to not go extinct. I'm pretty sure birds can outlast anything humans ever develop or do to the Earth. Their biological systems at the single cell cellular level are already more advanced advanced than humans.
