Thanks for quality comparison. If you drive down the street in your car at 80 mph and turn off wipers in medium/heavy rain, what can you see. Ans. Nothing but blurs, exactly like the Phenom at speed. This is why aircraft have wipers. No offense.

Thank you for your comment. The developers at Aerobask recognized this issue and have since released an update that made the aircraft flyable again in rainy conditions. And no offense taken at all, but I must inform you that, contrary to your response, the Phenom does not have wipers. 😊

Yes, you are correct. X-Plane, like other simulators, needs to work on the principle that the platform is open for extension but closed for changes. In other words, as an addon developer, you can extend and even modify or override current functionalities, but you cannot change the fundamental functionalities of the simulator. The limits are decided by Laminar Research. In this case, the changes brought by the addon ended up changing the simulator's behavior.
