Wow! Never seen such balanced maneuvers. Transition from one to th R next. Like it floats on the C/G not the prop. What a plane. Large scale must help the wow factor in how pronounced the moves are! A Stunning Pilot.

Absolutely brilliant! What perfect control and entertaining 3D manoeuvres. Beautiful model and nerves of steel from Gernot.

You’re kidding me right? 10 of 10. FREAK SHOW!! This guy and his aircraft refuted the laws of physics around, oh about 60 times or so. Just spectacular, pilot, videographer, aircraft, scenery, everything. It’s all good and amazing on top of it. Huge thanks for sharing, think I need to go back to flight school.... Ciao.

I know this vid is a bit dated, but aside from the unbelievable aircraft and the masterful, absolutely incredible flying - I really LIKE the "MISSING" obligatory" music, nice just hearing the plane and a bit of the background - perfect - thanks!

Absolut geniales Video. Diese Extra von Gernot gehört mit Abstand zu den geilsten Fliegern aus seinem Portfolio. Hier hat Krill extrem gute Arbeit geleistet. Weiter so!

When I saw the throws on the control surfaces before the flight I knew I was in for a treat. He did NOT disappoint. I found myself laughing out loud at some of the maneuvers. Like around 5:30 which looks to be a "rolling flat spin" haha. Nice piloting, wonderful plane. Makes me wonder how close you were to structural failure as some of these maneuvers had to push the structure to the limit for sure!
@lorditsprobingtime66686 жыл бұрын
I saw the throws he had on and immediately hit the download button. You KNOW you're either going to see major destruction if they aren't good enough, or some awesome 3D flying if they are. Those are MASSIVE throws on very large control surfaces alright.

I was looking for a video where the prop is set so it hits compression at 12 o'clock like one of my friends do. This is the only one I found. I am very curious to know if this is Gernot's Preference? I only know one other person who does this. I wonder why. I set up the prop so it hits compression when the blades are at around 2 and 8 o'clock. Thanks.

Do these planes have gyro's installed to help with all the tricks?
@MyFilippo945 жыл бұрын
Nah, you can tell by eye that there was no stabilization going on. A good gyro setup would keep the plane's angle perfectly still, you can see that clearly wasn't the case while hovering. Also the movement hadn't that typical snappy look of a perfect gyro correction. What you're seeing is a wonderful machine, and a wonderful pilot, doing wonderful things, nothing more, nothing less.

@RCHeliJet8 жыл бұрын
Thank You from Switzerland greetings
@lorditsprobingtime66686 жыл бұрын
A bit late, but just in case you're still wondering. It's the pilot doing all that. You sort of pulse a burst of air over the control surfaces to get more reaction plus it helps keep lift on wings that aren't really moving through the air fast enough to give lift.
