Awesome plane and flight, beautiful! Was the older guy named Ron? I used to race nitro RC cars there on the control line pads in the 90's, a couple guys I ran with were Mac and Ron and I wonder if they are still around? I haven't been to Apollo field in 25 years and miss it dearly for I grew up near there. Thanks, great video!

Funny I have a video on my channel of the HPI That I ran there it has a Ford F150 Nascar/trans am style body. i have around 200 flights on mine and have never tried a flatspin. I need to try it out, looks like it does them well

It does, especially with the TV. It gets out of them super easy as well with a little counter rudder stop the rotation 3:32

I slowed the TV servos down slightly with the intent that it should hopefully help with smoother maneuvers and changes in thrust direction
