Hi Dave! well... now i am living and working in Abu dhabi, UAE. Not in every maneuvers, but often i go to my pitts limits +6/-3 G's. Altough i dont actually do my maintenance, along with a couple of other members of my team, i control every single maintenance aspect. I'm now changing airline as airline pilot, and so,i'm not training as much as desired,probably my 2013 objectives will be delayed.. Thanks for asking! :)

Yes, I do understand the necessary marketing of the smile and the hair flip or whatever, but when I look into the soul of anybody through their eyes, if I see such the intensity that I see in Diana when she is piloting, I know that I have had a special acquaintance with an extraordinary person. Certainly, as a man who has always sought such of the female species, I would not want to die before sharing experiences with a woman such as Diana Gomes da Silva.

My grandmother ran an airport and flight school for 44 years. I found women had more finesse then men. A gentle yet firm touch with the acft. My grandma really promoted women pilots. About 30-35% of the students were women. So to all those ladies who dream to fly reach for the skies and own it.

Actually Rush, Yes, The Police, Styx, and Yes to name a few is my taste in music being a drummer on and off for 37 years and seeing those bands live (Rush 13 tours). Anyway Diana are flying a Pitts Special? I'm an avid aviation, simulation buff and use MS Flight, MS Flight Simulator X. The Pitts is a fun airplane in the simulator to fly but also very sensitive to stick inputs. My ? is when you're looking to you left are you looking at the wing tip guides to see in relation to where you are at?

Are you flying a Pitts? Any plans to come to Oshkosh? I just want to know, I get carsick riding in a fast car through the twistie bits, but am fine if I'm driving. I also fly (C172) and don't get airsick (unless I'm doing instrument work with the foggles). I want to build a Sonex, which is aerobatic. I want to be able to do everything it can do but am afraid of getting sick. I know I wouldn't get through an aerobatic ride, but would I be less apt to get sick if I was the one flying?

I also dealt with that situation when i wanted to start. You just have to do one thing. Do it! Are you already a pilot? It will be dificult, even if you are, it is a very hard world, technically and financially, but just go to the school, know what you need, and just do it. Dont wait for someone to go for you. Hi! Yes there are techniques that help to stand G forces. It is not a big concern but it is a very important matter. Naturally if you faint in descent you may not recover conscience before the impact, therefore a good alimentation diet, hydration and a good fisical form are very important for a safe aerobatic flight :)

Hi there, I am a student pilot with only 3 hours now. I am really interested in aerobatics in the future but I am worried because my mind wants to but my body says no way. I am the first to throw up on even the simplest roller coasters. And when I encounter even the slightest negative G like .000001 I am horrified. Do you think that with time I will be able to train my mind and body for this, or should I give up the dream and stick to straight and level flight? Thanks for reading, Mike.

Great video. We are having an aerobatic airshow and it occured to me that it would be a nice touch to have a live streaming video from the cockpit as spectators watch the airplane careen through the air. Anyone have the technology to do this?

You have got to have a L O V E ,for a something like this..I get tears in my eyes watching the emotions on your face (I wonder if many people, can pick up the tiny,subtle ones I see,too?) I've made music, my life's work-seen the top and bottom a dozen times;so I can tell you few people can even come close,to guessing how much goes into the beautiful precision of this aviation artform.(sigh)
