Only a little place wouldn't work. We need that kind of infrastructure in every tier 1 and tier 2 at least. Delhi border areas are dirty unattractive and very unorganised. Delhi and up government must announce a tender for redevelopment on those places and make flats and compensate those whose houses will be destroyed. Compensate them so that they can buy a new flat at least or give them a job in those redevelopment projects. Otherwise our cities would continue to look unattractive despite our economic progress. Sometimes cities need to look beautiful to the outside world for soft power as well.
