What's the AFSC for this? Is it only a commissioned occupation?

I'm not sure there is a specific ASFC for this, but if you end up on a base that has an Aeromedical Evacuation squadron or has the capabilities for having one you could probably apply for it then. it is not just a commissioned occupation.

Mick Funny Then how does Aeromed Evac evacuate patients of a CBRN attack? I can think of numerous situations where Medical flight crews need MOPP.
