Was thinking about a controller because my Aeromotive vane pump is little to noisy at idle when waiting for the traffic light. Means at idle I dont need 13,8Volt on the pump. Will see how to work this out.

I have a brushless A1000 eliminator pump, but it did not come with the built in speed controller. Can the speed control be added to the pump?

i have a 22.5 gallon fuel tank with your aAeromotive stealth 340 pump kit installed. i have been experiencing fuel pressure drop after stop and go traffic driving or if sitting in a food drive-through for a while. it's about 80° to 95° days where i live. i haven't verified the cause of this fuel pressure loss, but i suspect its what you said hot fuel and vapor lock. Would you also recommend adding a fuel cooler before the fuel controller? thanks

What frequency does this controller output to control the pump and how much current can it constantly handle? I have two pumps and each needs about 20amps at fuel clip for a total of 40amps. I haven't yet found a controller that can handle that.

A solid-state transistor circuit, rated up to 40 amps, replaces the relays recommended in most fuel pump electrical circuits.

What's the slowest the pump will run with the 0 volt input?

With 0 volts to the controller the 5gpm will flow 1.5gpm. Basically 30% of their full flow.
