Mr Prem... car wind shield glass is not composite material... wind shield is been made by following method A 2.5 mm glass a PVB and a 2.5mm glass (glass thickness may vary based on requirements) These things made as like sandwich and loaded in the skeleton (fixture) and put inside the oven for a period of time.. then removed... now we can see the windshield with the required curvature... Kindly know about windshield then take it as an example... For a good example for composite material... we can take motorcycle or car or heavy vehicles brake pads....
