Lovely Video! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Penlizabethify Dignified Preference (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great one off guide for lasting longer in bed without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin after many years got astronomical results with it.

I love the aeropilates reformer I have the basic one from 10 years ago and it's great if you're consistent you'll get results. It makes your waist smaller. It's low impact and doesn't require a lot of your time

I have a bunch of old issues. This machine is a workout that can improve ur deficits and challenge ur strength. I have had the AeroPilates for 10 years. No complaints. I only recently started w the rebounder. There r so many exercises to work every part of ur body & almost all the exercises use ur core as well. I love it

I bought mine about a month ago for a steal of a deal for $20 on a shop n swap site, it is practically brand new and I absolutely love it there are so many different exercises to do and lots of stretching too.

@@dwilson9876 This particular model is difficult to find right now. You may be able to find it used near you (craigslist or FB market), but if not, there is a 4 cord (purple/black) available on Amazon, or a 5 cord (tan/white) available on eBay (search "aeropilates 5102"). The 4 cord is great and will do most of what you need. The 5 cord is top of the line, but much more pricey. Hope this helps.

I have a version of this one the one showed here can have like 6 bands mine only 3😞. I have used mine for about 3 years. I do like it. To make it harder just keep the muscle contracted. I did not see this model when I was shopping. I like her model.

I just found your channel by looking for reviews on this machine. Would you be able to post an update video about how it's held up and what results you got? Have the bands gotten looser with use? The seat making noise when sliding? Etc. Thank you!

My Mom has had her machine for 2 years and the bands are still strong. The creator suggests that you tighten the bands after a couple years by tying the knots tighter, but you can also get replacement bands. When my Mom's seat got squeaky, she just cleaned the rails and greased them with vegetable oil. The rails can get dusty, so that's a quick maintenance step. Results? In the last 2 months, my Mom has lost 20 inches from all over her body. I did not measure myself, but I am down 2 pants sizes in 2 months. Hope this helps.

Hi Jalissa congratulations on your new Pilates machine I purchased mine on QVC 8 years ago. I have a question for you how do you get it your Pilates machine to not move ? when I go on my my Pilates machine moves I start at one end of the room and invited tell you when I'm done working out I'm way at the other end almost to the kitchen LOL. A friend of mine told me I need to purchase a mat to put underneath the Pilates machine so it would stop it from moving I was just wondering if you had the same problem congratulations again Evie

LateNightScrappingwithEvie I have a mat under mine and it doesn’t budge at all. Just make sure you get a heavy duty one or it’ll rip. You can also use those non slip mats they make for rugs. I haven’t tried it but I heard others say it works.

@@dwilson9876 This is the AeroPilates 20th Anniversary model. It is model # 55-5008, or the 5008. It may be available used somewhere, but is no longer available new. There is a 5 cord available on eBay. You can search "aeropilates 5102".

The AeroPilates is an amazing machine! I think you will love it! The home units (like in this video) fold easily and are easy to roll and put away. They have great deals on Amazon and HSN has a top of the line model that you can get on monthly payments. You may be able to find one locally for less $ if you want to try one out first. I do hope that you get one, they are amazing!

It is definitely worth it! I have lost 2 sizes and am just a beginner. My Mom has lost 20 inches from all over her body. You can find refurbished/customer return models on eBay, or get the payment on HSN.

It is absolutely worth it. Is is a very effective , as well as efficient workout. Results show quickly. It is also fun to use, as well as safe, even if you are older, or have a medical condition. Never before has any other type of exercise done so much for my body (and mind). Highly recommended!

It is worth the $ if you use it. I have been using it two months and have gone down 2 pants sizes (still have a long way to go) and my hip and knee pain are completely gone when I used it regularly. There are some refurbished models on eBay or a new one with payments on HSN. I think you will love it. It is good for beginners, but there are very advanced movements that you can do too.

You need to make sure you change the coils amounts when you do arms lol. You might need to start out with less coil weight until you develop more arm strength lol. I have that same video that instructor is so hard lol and she like 65 yrs old she in crazy shape. Pilates reformer Is difficult but you can learn there a lot of free videos on KZbin.

@@JulissaGuillen Marjoline Broogman is a famous aero pilates instructor as far back as 2010 I been using her videos. She on all their videos, she in amazing shape & she has a KZbin channel too. The IMX pilates videos you can buy through their website these pilates reformer exercises are even more difficult than hers and their pilates machines is 2 x as hard as the aero pilates machine which is still difficult too. Imx is insanely hard exercises. I refer you to try to look them up since you are young lol. Imx gets you in crazy good shape I lost 45 pounds in 6 months from imx pilates.

My Mom has had hers for 2 years, I have been using mine for 2 months and have lost 2 pants sizes (have much more to go). My Mom wouldn't be able to walk without hers and mine has healed my hip pain of 2 years. It balances your body while toning it. If you use it regularly, you will see great results. There are advance exercises if you are stronger. I'm still a beginner. My Mom measured herself 2 months ago and has lost 20 inches from all over her body. It's relaxing too. There are refurbished units on eBay, or you can make payments on the HSN model. There are many demonstrations on youtube (type in... "aeropilates QVC").

That is true. But the reformer is great for people with a history of injuries and want the same results.

@@pattim9590 oh totally but if you are looking for a "harder" workout, mat is fine. The reformer is a great assist to get to mat.

@@bluladyfly Hmmm... It really depends on the injury. I, for one, will never be able to do mat pilates but I'm ok with that. I just increase the resistance or try different exercises to challenge myself. Next to doing laps at the pool I find it this to be the best exercise for my injuries. I'm also 60 so my body ain't what it used to be 😌.
