Marshall cabinet with 4, brand new 12 inch celestions he had put in it. Germino head, 1968 plexi replica, hand built. Yes he is using his Variac, you can see the red box on top of his Germino head. The Variac allows Jacob to get the sound he likes on 10 without actually being on 10. As Jacob will tell you it doesn't really effect the overall sound that much One cord straight in zero effects. The magic is in Jacobs fingers
