For this room only two. But they have a family room with two bedrooms (4 single beds), a large living area and a private bathroom with a shower, fresh towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. There's also a 42” large-screen TV, complimentary coffee and tea, and pillow options so that everyone is well rested and ready for the rest of the trip.

Can you stay at this hotel if you are not in transit, but rather travelling outbound? Since to get into the place you need to clear immigration and into the departure side. Also, what about the luggages for checkin whereby some airlines may not be opening their counters until at least 2-3 hours before the flight.

For departures passengers have to pass through immigration to reach our Aerotel. We advised that you may check with the airport authority first before make any reservation. Aerotel Singapore would not able to know what time the counter open for departures passengers and what time airport authority allow you to access the restricted area. For example , some departures passengers are allow to access the restricted area before 3 hours of their flight. Hence we would suggest you to reconfirm with the related airline or airport authority. Are you just transferring to another terminal? If so, You don't need a visa for Singapore if you're changing terminals at Changi International Airport and staying in the transit area, even if you're on the same airline. This is because the airport's terminals are connected, so you can move between them easily without going through immigration.

What happens with your checked bags while you stay at the hotel, if you are continuing on to your destination the next day?

Its checked in all thru as long as it’s the same airline (Singapore airlines and Scoot) both in the same company. So, I was just bringing my hand carry luggage.

Hi Ruby, thanks for the video. It was very helpful as I am now wondering about my next week’s trip. My flight will be arrived in T2, noting that the Aerotel is located in T1, do I have to go pass the immigration? And my next flight will be from T3.. is it all interconnected within the immigration? Hello Bagus, from t2-t1 no immigration cause you won’t have to exit the airport. You just need to find the train station going to T1. Are all your flights with the same airline? Cause with me it was the same airline so I didn’t have to pass thru immigration because when I was in Australia they checked me straight thru until my final Destination. So, i already have my boarding passes.

@@bagusmahendra21 sorry for the late reply. Yes you don’t have to go out or pass thru immigration. Its inside the terminal. Near Starbucks. Don’t go out. Once landed take the train to t1. Then ask help desk where Aerotel is. Good luck!

You do not need a visa for tourist or business visits up to 90 days in Singapore. Are you staying overnight only? But you still have to pass thru immigration to get out and check in the hotel outside the airport. I recommend to have a copy of you hotel booking.
