What is "ÆʃBLU"?
It is a stylized version of "Ash Blue" derived from the phonetic representation of "AshBlue", which I have chosen for no particular reason, other than that I like the color and it sounds cool. Perhaps its a bad channel name because its quite difficult to type with a regular keyboard, but if you just type "aesblu" the channel will likely come up.
Alternative spellings so the KZbin algorithm picks it up:

@@aesblu yeah.. you talking about the convenience stores in Korea made me think of Backstreet Rookie and Suspicious Partner. A k-drama oriented experience 😂

@@aesblu Well, backstreet rookie had some controversies and I agree some are really problematic but, overall, it’s a good drama. Both are romantic comedies though, so if you don’t like the romance bit, you might not enjoy them as much as I did. I liked Suspicious Partner better: no controversies and there were some suspense and mystery, so I’d recommend this one.

They have an open refrigerator that you can choose everything that goes in it, so you can choose whatever you like! I usually put bok choy, lettuce, bean sprouts, glass noodles, fish cake, and some other random things that look good!!

Watching this vlog reminded me of last month, when I were frantically working on my … course conclusion paper? It’s a paper you write at the end of your under graduation course. In my case, I’m not graduating until next year, but since I study psychology we can hand it in earlier and focus on other stuff like emphasizing an psychological approach study or something. It might sound complicate but it’s probably because I don’t have the accurate vocabulary to describe it in English 😂 Anyways, I spent the whole month working daily on it and I had to cram in the last 4 days until my presentation, but it was very well received by the professors and everything went smoothly. My professor even recorded it so I could upload on KZbin for family and friends. I’m kind of in a little vacation now and the feeling of having finished that is soooooo satisfying.

Yeah its been raining like crazy!! I didn't see any flooding actually, so it must have not been here. I only saw the photos and videos and it looks crazy

@@aesblu Good to know you’re okay :) I saw a video of a man sitting on the car ceiling, in the middle of the water and it was almost completely submerged. And there was a video of store front lights being on and off just like in movies. We constantly have floods here, but the pictures and videos were quite impressive, mostly because there is this notion something like this wouldn’t happen in a country like South Korea (which actually makes no sense, right?).

@@rafalaisa yeah the videos and photos are impressive for sure. It's a little weird to see cars underwater in the middle of a big city, even more so since it's right outside of my old apartment building!! But the rain was no joke, I've never seen it rain so hard before. Hope everyone is okay

@@aesblu 😳 lucky thing you moved . I hope everyone is fine as well. I live in a big city but it’s so poorly prepared for rain: the slightest amount of water and you have endeless lines in traffic, over flooded streets, water coming inside people’s houses… it’s caos. I never lived in any area that would be flooded though, but I always find it so sad to see on the news people losing everything because water went into the house and it happens every year. Where I live is so humid and hot, so I really love the raining season a lot, but I always feel a little guilty when I’m enjoying it too much, because of the people who are negatively affected by it.

@@rafalaisa flooding is sad to see, especially when it uproots people's lives. At the least it's a good reminder that we're at the mercy of mother nature, as advanced as we seem to think we are these days haha. Bit of a randim thought, but if youre in the mood to watch korea flooding, I'd suggest Parasite if you haven't seen it. Great movie, iconic flooding scene.
