Please try the broccoli stem, they are delicious. If it’s to tough, just peel it. Prepare it however you are preparing the rest of the broccoli. It’s even delicious raw! If you’re cooking it, cut it smaller than the rest of the broccoli you are cooking. So yummy, I like the stems more than the heads of the broccoli! Thank you for sharing your videos!

You can also make soup with the stems and herbs and seasonings and/or other vegetables added. Puree after cooking and add maybe a little cream. Yummie

Those broccolis look so yummy!😋 They're good for salad and although it is better to eat them raw, I like them slightly boiled, cut into small pieces and dip it in 초고추장 just like how basic korean npc I am lol. Since you're already living in korea maybe you could try it one day? or just sriracha is fine too because 초고추장 contains a lot of sugar😅

Once again, very nice video. Have you found that you're sleeping or concentrating better, since you've been eating really healthy? Just curious to know what benefits you've gotten from it. Your new method of cutting bell peppers is much appreciated, since I've always fought those things and hated having to cut them up. Your bamboo looks really healthy, and now they have a ton of room to stretch out and grow. What's the temp over there? You said it's freezing outside. Snow yet?

It seems like the health benefits come on slowly over time. The first few days were kinda rough actually since I'm used to being powered by sugar lol. But various aspects of health seem to be getting better slowly as it goes. Temps have been all over the place, it snowed a couple days but just barely
