Just from his album promo (falling into the water) and the neon colors from his mood sampler....it looks too similar to be a coincidence. Anyways, idk, but it'll be interesting how SM continues to tie together all the universes of their artists (waiting for a connection to the EXO universe, which was the first).

So, black mamba is the villian (i think that thing that was coming out the ground was the "villian"). The villian is keeping the girls from fully connecting with their AI selves(what reminded u of K/da). So, im guessing the storyline will be the girls trying to find a way to reunite with their AI version of themselves in their two separate worlds.

I feel like black mamba aside from being villain in aespa universe, also is actually/embodies a kind of a computer virus, like in ningning's scenes the computer went crazy with black mamba words all over. Also, karina might be kinda infected with it and then in the end we see the glitching and broken hearts.

The group's name, aespa, is a combination of "ae" composed of the English initials of Avatar and Experience (Avatar X Experience), plus the English word "aspect" meaning "two sides", which symbolizes "meeting another self and experiencing new the world". For debut song. Black mamba (Dendroaspis polylepis) is a species of highly venomous snake. Description for aespa's debut song : Story of adventures unrolled upon the realization that 'Black Mamba’ is a threatening existent to the world and a hindrance to the connection of aespa & 'ae', their avatars. You can see in the MV, suddenly black mamba came to their world. And then karina's eyes change, I think its like their poisoned. And after that ae-Karina seems so sad looking to karina and ae-Winter dissappear in the mirror. And finally they fight back. The one at the end, maybe ae-Black Mamba, new member in the future, or someone who will be important par in the next comeback. We dont know. She appear in MY KARINA and their teaser photo in the TV. Hmmm. The one who use red dress is BoA, thats a hint for her comeback in December, like aespa debut appear in NCT U Make a Wish at the end video. Welcome to SM Cinematic Universe, if u remember aespa logo was revealed in superm's one (monster & infinity) mv during taemin's last scene and the train were the aespa girl dancing was in the ending of NCT U-Make A Wish mv. SM groups always had this storyline and connected every comeback and now SM has announced the start of SMCU (SM Cinematic Universe i guess?). It will begin with Aespa and continue through groups like EXO, RED VELVET, NCT etc. While the stories/universe of each groups will unfold individually they will somehow intertwine and connect with each other to create new stories. Which is why we can see aespa's logo on superm's 'One' mv, the train scene in nct u's 'MAW' ending, and now BoA at the end of aespa's 'black mamba' ending.
