It was directed by meltmirror. His works are very minimalist and unique. This is his first kpop work. I really love how aespa's team always finds creatives that don't do the conventional kpop concepts, thats how they bring something new every time. Not following trends.

@@JordanOrme please stick with the boycott of SM because of seunghan and riize, please download whiplash and do not stream any SM songs because it goes into supporting SM and hence, their decision to not protect a 20 year old with a contract with them. they made the 20 year old see death wreaths in his name and did not dispose them off (hybe did in the case of suga). who knows they won't do this when a lesser popular member of aespa is dating? by supporting the boycott, you're supporting all SM artists as they will get more humanely treatment in the future.

I think it was very smart because the song is very stimulating so to have less to take in allows us to focus on the song and the choreo. I’m so obsessed with this song. I appreciate that I can take in the shot before a cut. A lot of music videos have so many cuts I can’t even comprehend it. And as he said since the cuts whip with the beat of the song it’s very fluid and it’s so mesmerizing you can’t look away!!!! Soooooo high fashion and c*nty!!!!!!!!!!

Ppl said it looks so simple for "aespa" but in fact, this simplicity have many impressive things and details happening there so it's never just "simple". That's why I feel so impressed by this mv, how they directed it and made it into THIS masterpiece, make this "simple"-looking mv seems somehow luxurious and so interesting to watch.
