this looks so good. i hate watching table setup videos because they make me feel so disorganized and my table looks ugly after these videos. even if i do arrange it, it's not point because i keep procrastinating on studying even w board exams up in a month. tried cleaning and arranging my setup 2 days ago and in between i sat down to doodle for a bit, and the pen exploded all over my table, my pink and white gaming chair, and me. awesome !!

Omg I got so excited when I saw you got yourself a new monitor!!! (Personally bcoz I can’t stand using just laptop screen 😂) also my RK71 red switches were so hard to remove too! I found that u can use tweezers + the switch puller to straighten out the switch legs! Hope that helps

those wrist rests are so clever! i really struggle to keep my hands/arms in the same place so that's perfect for me. ALSO your setup is so cute!! very calming to look at, recently i've found white to be such a relaxing colour. i love the quietness of this video, i'm so glad i watched it!!
@moxie753 жыл бұрын
Yay for the new monitor (and it’s white already!)! Glad you were able to find a new one. Could it be the Baseus light that affected your last monitor? I have the same and I see it pressing the top portion where it’s clamped. 😶 I can commiserate with your cable management woes! Lol. I have a L-shaped desk and I’m Velcro-ing or using cable clamps to hold them up but still not completely happy with it.

I kinda zoned out during the mechanical keyboard bits. I’m not a fan of them! I find them noisy. 😂 I ❤️ my Logitech K780 (quiet and switches from my desk setup to my iOS devices!). But I am very curious about how mechanical keyboards work (I thought brown, yellow, red switches were for aesthetics only lmao).
@Ink2Screen3 жыл бұрын
LOL no, the switches use the different colours to denote different "feels". As a general rule, brown switches tend to be tactile - your fingers will feel a bump when you press down on the key. If you ever used a 1980s keyboard you'll know what I mean, otherwise the closest equivalent is like typing on a very light old school typewriter. Yellow and red switches are usually classified as "linear" switches aka they're missing the tactile bump when you press down on them. They both don't require you to press down hard on the keyboard to type.
@moxie753 жыл бұрын
@@Ink2Screen thanks for explaining! If I ever end up with a mechanical keyboard I know to stay away from the brown switches then. 😄
