Sir, 65 years female ptnt non diabetic fever malaise dysuria. urinary pus cells 20 to 40 ..should I start oral or iv medicine? If oral ( norflox with nitrofuration) or antibiotics ceftrioxone? Thank you!

Route of drug administration depends upon the patients tolerance, initial it would be ideal to start iv since pt might have associated vomiting, later cam change to oral, key will be to give culture specific antibiotics for 14 days and sugar control

Sir, IN the case of drowning, first aid ,if there is no pulse,BCLS, and if pulse present, rescue breathing .Nothing more sir? What are the difference in treatment of fresh water drowning and salt water (sea) drowning?
