In massive ischmic stroke...Anticoagulant like clexane should be started after 14 days...even for prophylaxis??? Here it was started on 1st day?

@@AETCMEmergencyMedicine If atrial fibrillation which is cardioembolic, and hemorrhagic transformation risk is high anticoagulation is delayed. That's what I know
