For this boss, your damage, critical and critical chance do not matter. Since you only need to hit him a certain number of times to win. Full healing tree, blood shuriken and a few arrows. With this strategy and after learning his moves i defeated him first try. Huge difference.

Promise I'm not stalking haha Got to the Undersea boss and decided I wanted to explore more, so went here. Every room and boss in this game pushes you to a new limit. I beat him after about an hour or so of trying. For me, it's like at some point all the world melts away and you find Zen xD Then you go Matrix on them and get it done.

The game and the platforming in all the areas are perfect challenges, not too hard where you have to spend so much time in one area..... BUT THE FUCKING BOSSES ARE RIDICULOUS ONCE YOU GET TO A CERTAIN POINT IN THE GAME! the thrones are often far away from the bosses also, so you its a major pain in the ass if you wanna try different gems and such.... I think they dropped the ball on this. They dont need to be this fucking difficult! Yep and now I have ran out of blood and potions so I have to walk all the way back to the throne, save, respawn all the enemies, purchase 3 more potions from the map guy, walk all the way back to the boss and try to conserve as much health in doing so, and get just a few more tries at the boss... and if unsuccessful, do it all over again!!!! That is fucking annoying!!!!! THIS BOSS RUINED THIS GAME!!!!!

One of the hardest metroidvania for me. I tried several times dying and keep trying until I win. Using this method of mine. You might want to rest by playing other game, once you ready, you can try to fight this boss.

Don't give up. Take a break, come back later with no intentions of winning, just go with the intentions of learning the timing. I've noticed when I'm too tired, or just been playing too long, my skills go way down and i can't do a single thing i want.

For me it's the teleport skillz. This game is overly dependent on teleport and if you don't have the skill to slide across buttons and master the exact angles for aiming then some areas of this game are near impossible. I have played lots of great metroidvanians. I just don't enjoy how poorly put together aiming arrows can be with this one. This fight bugs and some of planets with their constatly changing direction as you have to pogo around a planet to reach another planets atmosphere is just frustrating.

@@mingaling72 yep upside down,lava chasing you,springing platforms into arrows all while wind pushes you,its just disgusting and sadistic. Finished it finally,but man i found melinia a cake walk compared to this game. It was very unreasonably difficult.
