Your right, its all about the weapon set up, but with the aether, must people use long the sonic shotgun or blinder weapons because they have more range, which will give the rook the advantage

The robot has not been added to the game yet so we don't know what it's going to be like when it goes live, I don't think you can truly judge what these things are like by how they are on the test server because there have been things on the test server that were horrible and when they came to the game they were amazing or there's been things that were amazing on the test server and then they sucked when they came to the live server so I don't know I don't think you can judge by that

Just don't spend money on this p2w game its not worth it the rook will be nerfed within a month of being on the live server.

Don't waste your money. You spend money to get the weapons/robots/titans etc, you spend money time get the silver/gold/platinum all to get clapped from the whale that spends every pay check on the game in order to stay on top. Or you'll unfortunately come across one of the many hackers in the game so you can't really have fun with them. You can still eventually have fun but that chance is slim since majority of times, your playing against a full squad of whales so it really isn't worth it spending.

The force field and the EMP beam make the Aether virtually impossible to kill while in flight. I could destroy 2 or 3 of one enemy player's robots and all he /she would have to do is spawn in with a maxed-out Aether and quite easily destroy my normal robots and Titan. I have an Aether but it is not levelled up. I'll wait until the Rook comes out and then decide which one of the two Titans I should go for.

Definitely Rook is better. There are only few counters to Rook when it comes to titan weaponry. New rocket launchers, Cinder (which is useless since Aether has only ONE), Homing missiles that are technically the most garbage weapon there is, and heavily nerfed kinetic shotguns. Rook is immune to Aether's BIW and he even receives less grey damage, meaning that he can heal way more hp. Range won't help you either since that boi can literally travel the third of Ya-mantao in seconds
