Awesome breakdown! One thing I wanted to point out, I disagree with your thoughts on "Haunt the Network". In limited if you are ahead it's great. Even: it gives you 2 evasive threats and behind can catch you up while providing two chump blockers. I think it's going to be an overperformer for sure.

Yeah 5 mana *win* spell, if youre in artifacts... its going to tear sh*t up

I think there are situations where the card does a lot of good work (like in a board stall where you drain for 5 or something), but if you are behind you do not want to be spending 5 mana for only 2 power and 2 toughness, even if it is spread across a couple bodies. I'm glad you liked my video!

If you're behind, you're losing. Just like a race. Despite being an ehh set overall, this has the occasional flavor gem, even if it's conceptual. Also the flavor text for streaking oil gorger is fun

Yeah, i mean in general, they tend to put flashy constructed cards towards the end of the spoiler season and you definetely could feel the overall vibe of the limited environment. But sometimes there are cards that just break limited. First thing that comes to mind is Ikoria, where Boros cycling warped the whole format around it and made everything else less playable

#RocketCar I've been using a vehicle-themed commander deck for a year so I am READY! It's jeskai with Kykar, Wind's Fury as the commander. Definitely going to be some swaps when this set drops!

#RocketMoney I mean #Rocket Car. My philosophy with vehicles is to Prioritize low curb creatures such as 1 and 2 drops and get my value back from them by having them pilot my more mid to late game vehicles.

The only potential problem is if your mid to lategame vehicles have high Crew requirements, but I like the way you're thinking about this and for a lot of vehicles it sounds like a nice plan. I'm glad you liked my video!

I feel like it won't come up particularly often because they are Uncommons that are in high demand. Putting an artificial cap on it seems unnecessary to me because it will be context dependent. I will say that I don't tend to mind running taplands as much as some people seem to mind it.

Does your speed increase if you deal damage to your opponent but you don't have start your engines creatures anymore ?

Yes, speed is an innate quality you have if you’ve started your engines . the condition to increase it stays the same no matter what’s on the board

I'm glad you liked my video! I don't think there's an exact ratio as it depends on your exact deck, but 2/1 feels way too high to me. You really want to avoid having a bunch of vehicles in play and nothing to crew them with so I feel like most decks aren't running more than a few vehicles.

i wish max speed gave us something at all before 4. It really could ruin the color pairs that use it in an underpowered way. I have a hard time seeing something succeed that does nothing 3 times and CAN do something if conditions are met the 4th time.

It seems theres an amount of cards that gives you X of something based on your speed So it kinda does

There are a few cards that just care about your speed count, but I think the point is to reward sustained damage in the early turns of the game (kinda like how you want to speed up your car to max speed as fast as possible in a real race). From a flavor perspective I think they did a good job with it!
