No. He couldn’t just pin him again and get a 3 count. They tried to make it seem Mox twitched/jerked his shoulders up on 2, he hit the move again to symbol another powerful move, thus the end of the match. Also, this gave time for them to relay to the ref, end the match. This has happened many times in wrestling.

@@mike112789stop the BS. Its wrestling 101 to not go for the same spot immediatly after a botch. Also when someone is hurt they should end the match as quickly and safely as posible as to not risk further injury. Fenix dint know how serious his injury was at that time, imagine Mox had a broken neck and then Fenix just drops him on his head twice. Also refs are supposed to count as a shoot, its the responsability of the wrestler to kick out. A ref stopping his count on a clearly not-moving both sholders firmly down wrestler just kills the momentum of the match and takes the crowd out of it as it did here and the people booed. Stop making excuses for reckless behaviour, this is not how wrestlers are supposed to protect each other.

Not saying you’re wrong. I was front row, Mox clearly told ref to count, this is why I assume the ref is getting heat backstage (rumored). Also I was responding to the initial comment, he was trying to say fenix tried to injured Mox purposely, which was not the case. Mox wanted fenix to redo, you can tell fenix was far more cautious the second time. Wish I recorded but you can clearly Mox talking to both.

@@mike112789stop it. It was a horrible situation and the 2nd one was just as bad as the 1st. Even worse considering he had a concussion from earlier in the match. The match should have finished 10 minutes earlier with a safe roll up.
