let's be fair. this looks like kind of a lucky win for OC. it appears OC used up some of his nines lives surviving the sharpshooter miraculously i kind of wish claudio was more obviously overconfident or squandered some time or energy to emphasize the upset so he looked stronger, but its quite clear when you maintain the ring and the other buddy escapes that its something of a lucky finish. claudio looks like he is getting as close to a bad guy as he can possibly get for being such a lovely guy

Claudio has done it before to Mike Quackenbush in Chikara and to Ricochet on RAW. I think they did it better, especially the Quackenbush version with the added counter to a counter. Claudio saved OC a couple times in this match, I think he could've done it again if necessary.

Really great match. Theres just something about Claudio and OC's styles that just mesh together so well. That slip on that hurricanrana was absolutely on the edge of a knife from being a disaster, but it ended up being perfect And Claudio is kinda accidently protected in that finish because Claudio can say his shoulder kinda came up before 3 and the ref didn't see it But I think we all know the match we really wanna see is against Moxley.

In this situation OC was hiding it well so that his should only just came up by accident, he didn't look like he kicked out, it was just momentum, and the ref was in a position where he probably couldn't see it anyway. But it makes Claudio look good because he BARELY got beat.
