I remember a while back when ROH tried to go more "mainstream" with their show as the lead in for Impact on Destination America. Their production looked more low budget than ECW in the 90s but Dalton Castle was one of the best characters my brother and I had seen in ages.

i think Tony Khan is trying to use Jericho as a leverage for Warner Bros Discovery to give him another time slot for a RoH program. the issue with that is WB is losing faith in AEW due to all the Issues that's going on. the unsafe work practices the long list of injuries happening. the issues backstage with the Elite. not to mention it's come to light Kenny Omega an EVP tried to get a convicted pedophile onto a AEW show.

Mine too!! He’s the star that AEW And ROH need on tv. Beating Jericho and going over on him is the right decision. They can feud for months and then Jericho can win it back to further the tv deal but putting Dalton in the mix and winning the title from Chris will show how entertaining the ROH title and shows will be to networks.
