I doubt anyone with AEW will see this comment, but I just wanna say that I absolutely love these Dark episodes, more every week. Kudos to AEW for coming up with creative ways to showcase the roster other than 2 hours on Dynamite. I'm not complaining about episodes being on KZbin, but I'd eventually love to see some other AEW show on TBS during the weekend, reminiscent of WCW Saturday Night. I'd love to watch Dark debut each week at 6pm Saturday evening on TBS, or a brand new creation, since they're probably overflowing with ideas for content. Also, I really dig that Dark came to fruition, and quickly, after Tony Khan mentioned in a post-PPV scrum that he was looking at ways to give fans in the arena more than just 2 hours of wrestling after Dynamite goes off the air, but also film that extra stuff and figure out some way to present it to fans. This has to be my favorite part about AEW, they make good on what they say they'll do and they legitimately listen to feedback and continually adapt in order to give wrestling fans the absolute best wrestling on the planet. Overwhelming success so far and I'm always hyped to start each week with BTE on Monday, Dark on Tuesday and Dynamite on Wednesday (or the very best weeks, when we also get Wrestlers on the Road Ordering Room Service)

Only defended on TV (for the most part), Wednesday or Saturday nights (after they lost the live KTLA broadcast.) the title holder would appear every week. I believe that they had a limit on how long the title could be held, like 8 weeks. King-of-the-Dark would be much better than just a TV title.

It says something that every episode of AEW Dark has the Undesirable to Undeniable segment, because it really highlights AEW's goal of giving unknown or misused talents a proper platform to shine. Seriously, beyond the question of whether AEW has better quality wrestling than NXT, how can people side with WWE knowing that this is a company that will gleefully spite its workers and hold them down rather than let them get over on their own? It feels so good to see Jack Evans again. He used to be one of my favourites when I was a teen, back in the mid 2000’s ROH days. I know that he’s wrestled in Mexico since then, so it’s not like he’s been gone or anything, but Lucha doesn’t really do it for me, so for me seeing him here is like running into an old friend you haven’t seen in years. I hope they realize what they have in him. Because sure, the dude can do a bunch of cool flips, but there’s very few wrestlers out there that also has personality to spare the way Evans does.

It’s exciting to think about what the future holds for AEW. It takes time to create familiarity and new stars that are over with the fans, and they are successfully doing it already. The women’s division will take more time to come together but when it does, this product will feel very complete. So far, using wins and losses as a tool to make every match count, and establishing logical rivalries and letting the guys and girls wrestle, they are stealing jaded WWE fans. Once they have more big guys and mat technicians that don’t do high spots, they will be primed to have even more success. So proud of this promotion so far, and honestly it only gets better. I promise. And WWE will slowly became a bad joke in the wrestling industry
