The MVP decision will not be based off stats. A panel of 50 sportswriters will vote. Whichever player receives the most votes, wins. Lamar has Dereck Henry, the best running back in the league to help him, and the defense of the Ravens, while its struggling a little…is stronger than The Bills, yet…The Ravens are at 11-5 and The Bills are at 12-3. Also. The Bills beat the undefeated Chiefs, as well as The Lions. Josh has better ball control, better team collaboration and leadership skills, and he’s way more dynamic. Josh WILL win.

You want a fact? In all the ravens losses Henry failed to run for 85 yards. That’s a far bigger factor in the ravens losses than pretending like josh only impacts a game with passing numbers. It’s nonsense. Josh is the only QB to have 40 TDs 4 seasons in a row and he’s about to do it for a 5th. Throw Lamar a parade because he has done it 2x in his whole career.

I will give you a bunch of reasons why josh is better than Lamar, you will just ignore them. First, josh has elevated the guys around him in a way Lamar has not or any other QB currently playing. Josh has taken 4 previously established wrs, all had played with probowl QBs, all got new career highs their first year with Josh. Second, if it’s all about stats, last year Allen was the mvp when you see he had nearly 800 more yards and 15 more TDs. Before you talk about turnovers please keep in mind context. 70% of Allen’s int last season were when targeting Davis. I’m sure Allen is the problem there 🙄. Third, watch ravens games, Lamar is stat padding. Ravens vs Steelers, Henry caries the ball 5-6 times to get down the field and then they let Lamar throw inside the 10. How many times does Lamar sit 4th qtr or do they just have the ball off the whole 4th quarter because they are dominating. Allen has sat multiple 4th quarters and Bills always take their foot off the gas when possible. Please don’t bring up that bs about Henry stealing Lamar’s TDs either because bills RBs as a whole have more. Finally look at the way they show up in the biggest moments. Vs KC ravens needed a play and didn’t get it, not directly because of Lamar but Lamar couldn’t win it either. Look at josh when the Bills needed a play vs KC. He made it. Ravens have lost to 2 bottom of the barrel teams this season. Finally records, let’s see this season Allen has set all kinds of 1st in NFL sb era. All this while he lost weapons. Lamar gained weapons. There have only been a few teams that have scored 30 points at least 8 games in a row. Every single other team that accomplished that had their best offensive player win mvp. By your own standards though: Lamar has an edge on stats Allen has the edge on wins Allen blows Lamar out in impact. If you put Lamar on the hills they are nowhere near double right wins. Put Josh on the ravens and they are better. Take josh off the bills and they are in the running for 1st overall pick. Take Lamar off the ravens and they are still a .500 team. That’s a joke to say the Bills win when Allen plays bad because you are discounting the threat he is with his legs and you are discounting what Allen opens up for other guys. You forgot to mention in all the ravens losses Henry failed to reach 85 yards

I would take Burrow or Lamar over Josh Allen. 2024 is the FIRST time J. Allen filled his potential. Burrow would be GREAT every year. Same with Lamar. In fact J allen will in 3 years be Josh who? I know, you watch and then be forced to agree. Burrow is the QB to win SB after SB with a good team. Pocket QBs rule now, ruled then, and will rule tomorrow.

Lmfao you think the difference maker in the bills ravens game was Lamar and Allen? Dude come on be real. Henry had almost as many yards as the bills offense. Lamar barely did anything. He cashed in on some huge runs by Henry by OAD STATTING, because it’s the only way he can get in the talk with the elite QBs. That game got out of hand because of Henry. Lamar was as usual along for the ride. If you want to tell the truth, tell the whole story. Josh may not have the yards like Lamar but his rushing is more impactful. That shows in the things that matter like TDs and first downs. Josh leads in both. If a QB goes out there and throws for 500 yards but can’t punch it in the end zone and another QB goes out there and throws first 300 yards and 4 TDs, there is no conversation about which QBs play mattered more in a positive way. Maybe Lamar can rack up another 80 yards rushing in a 3 score game in the 4th quarter when Josh would be sitting on the bench watching trubisky hand the ball off to backups. Your arguments contradict themselves. “It’s not just about stats, it’s about context and individual contribution” but the only way I’m judging that is with stats with no context. You are better than that.

Everyone who knows football, knows that Derek Henry is the only reason Lamar has better stats. You are losing the point of the award TD. It’s most valuable player! Not most stats award. Lamar would have lost that game for them if Russel Wilson wasn’t such a bum and threw a pick 6 on the next play😂
