Good well edited interview Jo. I had no idea it was getting that bad in Germany. This needs to get more views.

Thanks for a calm, in depth discussion. I KNEW when certain folks were throwing the nazi label that the AFD was probably the opposite. This Flordaman has been called nazi since we supported President Trump in 2016.

Hi Jo. Very strong from you to care about things, in these upcoming elections here in Germany. Especially with takes around the AfD. I followed up the US elections very closely, since they do matter globally and do influence worldwide as well as in Europe and Germany. You can actually tell Europe got shaken up be the Trump election. Now the focus is on the German election. I’m actually not to fund of German politics or politics in general, since it is often way more about influence of large monetary driven powers and Lobbyismus of large companies and corporations, instead of the right things for the people. Unfortunately we seem to be presented to be in a democracy, but apparently we do live in a very wired mix of all kind of different powers and influences, carried under the umbrella of democracy. In elections times, for us normal people, the resulting question often remains, who to vote for? Pest or Cholera? Even if our votes seem to be weak in the whole realm of outcome, they might actually be influential, especially if they do start thoughts and conversations beforehand. They might be able to provoke some changes, since demand can and does usually drive preference as well. Somehow sentiment is actually asking for changes these days. Unfortunately the AfD is suffering under ingrained thoughts in people heads for several reasons. Too complicated to write out here though. Their political targets do perfectly fit for most of the people’s interests but apparently some members that went to strong in the past, did leave some bad taste behind and the gave the established parties and some fearful people, food for negative thoughts and memories. The more the AfD is able to get rid of old negative influences, the more followers they will collect. Unfortunately the established sides and the fearful people are holding the grudge strong against. At the end, I think no party is perfect, as we all are people with different beliefs and interests. The upfront thoughts and discussions and the votes and the coalitions afterwards, will be the outcome of our actual system in place. Let’s hope for some positive outcome to stop the wars next to us and to lift up the people. Thank you for your time and support to move the needle forward.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment - no party is perfect for sure, it’s about choosing the best available option. Germany is in a very bad state and all other parties are now proven to be incompetent and detrimental to Germanys future - time to try something new

In the Netherlands we have a lot of problems with young people from other cultures who harass girls in swimming pools. It has been like this for years, I don't get the impression that there is any firm action taken.

Jo was more specific about AfD’s policies than Anna was. Politicians should always be asked “What specific actions would you take about …?” Thanks Jo.

Many true points I must admit. But I would people who are successful in stock trade not see as aluable persons in terms of economies. They use it, for themselves, but do not create any value for society. They are exploiters.

Sounds like a plan!

Is she Chinese? I'll be open and say one of my main worries is CCP operatives who are in Europe. Operating within our governments sending info back to China. It was exposed some time ago the CCP has over 1 million agents spread around the world. We have seen in the US enough of these "US" citizens working for the CCP.

I understand the fear, given Russia’s and Poland’s history , and it’s important to ensure Russia cannot threaten Poland under any circumstances. I disagree that further escalation in Ukraine will make Poland safer though. I think Poland is safest when we have peace and don’t provoke Russia, while also strengthening Europe and its defenses

@jobhakdi You cannot "strengthen" European and Western values when a country invades another. The rule of law, territorial integrity, sovereignty and internationally recognized borders should be common sense to the common sense party. I suggest you read the Memorandum of Budapest and see what part you do not understand. Can you name one country that poses a threat to Europe other than that "one"...or do you think Norway, Spain or UK will be invading Germany or interfering in European elections? Ask yourself why some parties have such strong views on the Ukrainian war, and please do not tell me they just want "peace".
