That is amazing ... I was looking so hard for a solution for my clothing brand to measure out, how big the sizes of my pockets and other things like buttons in the designs are, when I design it in front view. Now I don't need to measure it in reality anymore. Really cool!!! NOW Affinity Designer was an AWESOME investment to me, :-) I bought the V2 after the V1 only to support that there is no subscription plan, but now I really can use it in the way I need it! Great! Thank you :-) PS: the coolest thing is - if you use SHIFT on the endpoint of your measurement and go a bit lower or higher with your mouse - you get a green line to know if you are aligned with the measuring points if you measure above it. Really awesome

Would be awesome if there would be something to make this measurements like a technical drawing which can stay on it like in CAD. If I see this here, I can imagine you can do it also. So that you can give the vectors a technical drawing with measurements for each stroke.

At the beginning of the video you can see "Assign Drawing Scale" option being used.

@@Affinitybyserif would be amazing if, eventually, affinity designer could replace bluebeam or other pdf software for mark ups and measurements. I work in construction to measuring plan drawings and various areas is very useful, hoping it would be a relatively easy addition. Am loving being able to colour areas using the flood fill tool though and software generally is great!
