I’m posting this on here as it’s one of your more popular videos. I took the 20 course from someone else, then I found your videos and wished I took yours. My first test date was March 18, 2020. I arrived at the testing center and it was shut down. I made it a point to watch your videos every day until I was able to take the test. Well today was the day after waiting 1.5 months extra to take the test, today I passed with a 79. I can say I found a lot of the stuff you say in your videos to be true. They didn’t trick me enough so I get to spend my money finishing the background and credit checks. Thank you so much!

@@paolabarroeta9611 - Hi, I spent a lot of time remembering the acronyms that they mentioned and didn't find that to be overly helpful in Arizona, but I am not sure what the test is like in other states. I promise you that if you spend the time studying and being diligent about memorization, you will pass! I put in the work, and frankly I was disappointed I didn't score higher, but a passing grade is all that is needed. Good Luck!

paola Barroeta make sure you understand the material. They asked me a lot of questions that had 2 or 3 “right” answers, but they wanted the most correct.

@@jessicachan8094 You're welcome and Yes the course is very comprehensive - except for the cram that is included in the course. I didn't any of those questions on the exam that I received. If you study the material that comes with the main course really well, you will be just fine! Good luck!

Thank you for posting these vids! They are invaluable at bringing everything together! I received a job offer contingent on passing the NMLS on the 8th. I took a separate in person 20 SAFE course in Orange County on the 11th, 12th and 13th. I was still in a fog. Between practice tests and your vids I passed today (the 24th) with a 78%. This vid along with the others from Affinity were instrumental in wrapping my mind around the different regulations and what to expect on the test. I would have taken your in person course if I had time and will recommend Affinity to other friends looking to pass and understand the NMLS exam. Thanks again!

Thank-you so much for your videos. A combination of your videos, CompuCram, reading the book, and looking at the NMLS outline helped me pass the test last night on my first time. I'll add that I have zero experience in the field. I want to sit here and say the test was easy, but even with ALL of my studying, I found the test to be very difficult. However, again, your videos were AWESOME! No another $100 for them!
