They have a bitter taste but that’s what makes them healthy. Sauté collard greens mustard greens turnip greens in some butter or fat or eat them in a salad but don’t cook them too long.

I am strong i am healthy thank you so much I been feeling very weak and sick. yes i have health issues but i believe the side effects for my medications is making me feel sick more than how i should feel. i doctor tell me that my medications that i am taking will make me feel sick. so my doctor did tell me that my health is improving but he is not taking me off the medications. well i am going to continue to pray for healing and speaking these affirmations over my life. thank you for trying your very best in helping us in our life in many ways thank you.
