I've met a few wealthy people. They exercise because they prioritize taking care of themselves. They know their health is their greatest asset. More than money, they value that. Plus, they see it as either a way to practice self discipline or an excuse to have fun with friends. So many of them have regular tennis games with their friends or other sports, cycling, hiking or dance programs. Because they wouldn't have time to get together otherwise. So they kill 2 birds with 1 stone. It makes their exercise minutes more fun and encourages healthy relationships.

TERRI!!! I did what you said, I sat down last night to pray with a pen and paper and wrote down what I wasn’t sure was God or me. But what I wrote down was”leave the familiar!” I am not joking…. I asked God to confirm what I wrote was him and when your video came on this morning and you said exactly that I knew it was the confirmation.. Yes leaving familiar voices that drags you down. I just did that since July this year, I tell you, the peace I enjoy now, I don't want to trade for anything. And I tell you, because I left those familiar voices, I came to across Terri, Jack Ma, and the rest of the them. Now I even pray. Honestly it's really beautiful having quality rather than quantity.❤

The Word says, I myself (Patrick) will awake early. I have the alarm set for 5 a.m. everyday. Lately, I've been waking up around 10min after 4 a.m. Maybe I need to stop reading that verse every morning, or just get up at 10 after 4.

4/26/24. I'm absolutely leaving the familiar. .so GOD can promote me to help thousands of ladies trapped in addiction . I'm standing on FAITH I can open my home as a transitional home.. better way to say that is a HOME OF RESTORATION. Based on JESUS CHRIST . The ladies will receive their restoration thru CHRIST JESUS.
