For Rogue a sealed T1 mana efficiency on sync strike is very good for any build that uses sync strike, since it has no CD and is limited purely by mana. It can be equivalent to an entire T5 mana regen affix.

Nice video, as someone who has been playing a lot, I knew most of these but still some surprises like the Druid cooldown on helmet! Cooldown reduction can be really strong for most builds, but I would like to highlight Druid & Sentinel in particular: they both get insane DR (or immunity) with enough CD. Rebuke becomes almost perma ON if you play judgement builds. Primalist can fury leap/Maul and Warcry/Roar to be invulnerable during these actions, making you take 0 damage like 20-40% of the time.

I absolutely LOVE the crafting that allows a 'sealed' affix! Yes, I do have lots of glyphs to use but it's the feeling I get when - as has happened - I actually get a Tier 2 sealed! The 'new' affixes I'm playing with are 'area' and 'frailty - even though older but becoming relevant especially with my bastion of Honor characters who were suffering a bit from what appears to be a nerf in 0.9 as the frailty 'seems' to help with mobs that the 'nerf' impacted. Now I actually only appear to have one, real, wish...the ability, in game and without using third-party apps that disrupt Filters and even Item drops actually showing...a changeable in size and color CURSOR. Informative vid. Thanks.

Super helpful information, thank you so much for making this video. Sealing affixes in particular is something that has always daunted me, due to the failure chance and relative rarity of despairs. Would love to see further crafting advice videos in the future in this same vein, such as when it's worth to divine / blessed orb reroll your items.

Nice Vid! Just a point on the cooldown recovery mod that is a bit incomplete. Every base class has a helmet base that has cooldown recovery(Arcane visage, Augury helm, Immortal Crown and Gorgonscale Coif) except Primalist. Oddly enough Primalist is the ONLY class where cooldown is not on a helmet base rather it has a body armor base with cooldown recovery(Ancestral Garb). So Transformation Primalist CAN be the class with most cooldown from gear if you get both the prefix and body base. Also yeah good one on the VR/Anomaly levels. To note VR is very point intensive for DoT builds also which makes the +2 pretty much BiS. Cooldown since 0.9.0 can be pretty nutty, I'm not sure if it was the right idea pushing so much on gear(but hey still can be fun). Sorc can probably do an 8 sec cooldown on Flame ward with the cooldown passive and all cooldown gears(exalted on belt/boots also can push it further). That's 50% uptime of 70% less damage from hits and 30% less ele damage not to mention the ward... A bit more of a QoL but cooldown on any two gear slots(rings/body/boots/belt/helm) can bring Warcry to 4 sec cooldown for perma buff uptime.

When you enable Reaper Form, you have two health bars. You "die" and become a human instead.
