@@diaryofmyfrugallife as my 3 teenage daughters 20 19 and 17 are getting older and its just usthey understand that i cannot afford the expensive treats they enjoy. so i do the basics and they buy then they buy their own snacky bits. They all work and study so they generally cook and do their own washing so i am very blessed i do the housework cleaning dishes hoovering etc. In return they treat me to bits i enjoy but wouldnt spend money on myself like my lindt choclate expensive coffee pods and then odd mcdonalds strawberry milkshake and mcflurry and off cpurse they are teenagers so theres always takeaway leftovers for me to have next day ... apparently they dont have a budget unlike you and me !!! Ha ha px

@paulamartin6049 I'm glad my son budgets for his money and saves for his future. He pays for his things, gives me 'rent' money, and helps a lot at home as well. I'm sure your daughters will start budgeting when they need
