I love the Khair Pistachio better than Yum. It’s really good, and has a pretty bottle!

@@TheScented it’s a bit more gourmand and less floral than Yum, but, otherwise, almost identical. I have the same issue as you with those sharp, pinchy notes (amber wood is the devil). This one doesn’t bother me at all. I think you will like it! Take care!

You have got to try the Rifaqaat by Paris Corner it’s supposed to be similar to Babycat! It’s a beautiful spicy vanilla and it’s cheap so it’s a winner for me.

I've purchased 2 so far. Gulf Orchid Tahara Vanilla. Meh so far. I have had it for a couple of weeks. I guess it's ok. It was recommended as a skin scent that is not too sweet. I enjoy Jo Malone Scarlett Poppy Intense, so just received the dupe Sweet Paradise. I am liking the dry down but not thrilled waiting for it. I hear maybe waiting a couple of weeks for both to macerate might make them better. Only time will tell. I hope so. Love your reviews!

Hi Yana, you didn't care for the packaging on: Lattafa Affection, I agree, didn't like it either. Fun question: What is your favorite perfume bottle shape of all time? Mine is the original Shalimar bottle, though I don't care for the scent of it though. ;)

You have helped me get excited about upping my scent game. I have a hull of fragrances I purchased from your shop coming this week and I can't wait. I was wondering if you could do or recommend a video that explains the do's and don's of applying fragrance. How much? Does it damage jewelry? Cloths? etc. Thanks Yana!!

Thank you Rosa!! ❤️ That means a lot 🥰 That's a great video idea, I could definitely put it together in the future. I've stumbled upon some good tips on tiktok just scrolling through. Quick tips for now: If the fragrance is colored it will color your clothes! Don't spray dark juice on clothing, spray on skin and give it a few minutes before contact with clothes. -# of sprays depends on the fragrance (sometimes 1-2 sprays, sometimes 10) -I haven't had jewelry damage but I'd recommend avoiding spraying jewelry. Give the perfume a few minutes to dry before putting on jewelry :) hope this helps!

I bought Royal Musk and is truly unisex but I ended up giving it to my brother. I think in the drydown there's a herbal note that suits better on a man's skin imo.

I loved Royal Musk for a couple of months, then it changed on me and I couldn’t stand the musk note anymore… which is sad because it was really pretty in the beginning of our relationship 😢

OK so not affordable or dupe house, but definitely check out other niche Middle Eastern perfumes houses like Hind Al Oud (proper niche brand and prices), Arabian Oud, Swiss Arabian, Abdul Samad Al Quraishi, Ibrahim Al Quraishi, Gissah, Laverne are the few I can remember. These houses don't do cheapies, more like designer price tags, but some have promotions and bundle offers, so that's cool!

You should try and review khamrah and khamrah quawah by lattafa. I haven’t bought it but i have heard good things

I have reviewed Khamrah in an earlier video. The opening is great but the drydown has that dreaded sharp note so I cannot wear it :( sorry!
