We're really happy you enjoyed it. 😊 For anyone looking to rent short-term, I recommend the following options: 1) Airbnb Due to local Thai laws prohibiting nightly rentals in condos, most Airbnb hosts offer monthly rentals. So there are a lot of monthly rental options available on the platform. 2) Serviced Apartments Several providers offer monthly rental options for serviced apartments, which usually come fully furnished with internet and facilities included. These are the best options for anyone looking for a 2-month rental, in my opinion. Hope this helps!

Why don’t people ever mention that these prices are under a 1 year contract they require? I doubt you can get this price month by month not even on a 3 month contract. This would be nice to disclose.

You are correct, in Bangkok real estate agencies typically present monthly prices based on a minimum lease term of 12 months, but we understand this might not be the standard everywhere.
