Yeah that works. Or you can use a heat press pillow and press them on your t-shirt press

Yes, absolutely. You just need to calibrate the distance between press + hat

Around 15seconds. If its really small text like next times, we will use a microfiber cloth to rub it during the cooling process.

Its either your transfers are under/overcured or you're not using enough pressure from your heat press. What kind of press do you have and is there a knob to increase the pressure?

300F for our transfers, make sure you check with your supplier as different printers use different materials.
