You have given a true review about Pushpak Node.Its a developing node where 1 Bhk 345sqft usable carpet is 33 lakhs. 1 Bhk 403sqft usable carpet is 37 lakhs. Nice video!!!!

Other than R zone all other sectors are good and have potential. The pricing would vary depending on the project

You will be spending too much time travelling. I would recommend Ghodbunder road. If the budget doesn't allow then delay it and invest in MF for a few years before you take that decision. Alternatively you can also apply for CIDCO lottery scheme . You can check on my channel

Should I bought flat in maximus city in panvel near indiabulls green? What is its location? How will its future be? Will it be right to buy there or not?

Maximus city is about 8 kms from Panvel railway station. From investment perspective I would not recommend unless the goal is end use. Because the prices of India bulls also haven't increased much. I would recommend Pushpak Nagar for better ROI and community living.

Most of the location in Navi Mumbai are overrated yes simply overrated with no connectivity. Its just Airport hype which is been cherry kn top. But Airport won't give you free pick and drop by plane developers and people need to understand
