I’ve noticed the houses throughout Rwanda the bathroom is always a little box while a living room will be huge like a ball field…The bathroom spoil this house, why would a toilet so close to a shower, you can’t even have a stall there…

It's a very nice looking house but it was ruined with a substandardly built bathroom. Water closet is too close to the shower area. No cubicle enclosing the shower area. Other parts of the house have taken up spaces that should have been used to create a bathroom as standard looking as the house itself.

I had started watching this video when it came out but hadn't seen all of it. I'm glad that I came back. What a lovely house. I know the area as we spent half a day walking around it when we were in Kigali last October. Its a lovely area, very safe with lots of services and facilities close by. I love the design of this house, its very pretty in my opinion. The outside is delightful and welcoming. The kitchen and bathrooms are also very well equipped and have a warm aesthetic which I love. I did notice now and then that the finishing to the paintwork was a bit shabby which is a pity. If the painter can finish a wall well once then why can't they do that all of the time. These kind of standards are a pity because this is such an amazing house. And.... the price.... What a great house for just 86.5K EUROs. I think that this is very good value. As they say, there are 3 things that govern the price of a house, location, location, location. And this is a prime location.
