Sir I want to know about obs project setor 70the Venetian i was alloted flat in this project last year in marh 2021 but still they have not got any environment clearance still now I came to know the location is very good but the builder is very poor he delays the project i have deposited around 6 lakhs and i am not in hurry it is not an issue with me but my whole capital may not be distroyed i wan to know you are an expert i should take refund with loss of just 25000 an 1%gst or i should continue if there is no risk to my capital and ultimately I will get the flat however builder may construct it in seven years or more pl pl advise i am very confused

Hello Sir. I have found your video to have the kind of information I was looking for. I am looking for an affordable flat where I can start living as well with my parents and life but as soon as I contacted some brokers they started showing me rof alante in 108 and another which is in 81 but i found that socities may be well functional but as pass ka area bilkul khali hai. Someone showed me zarra rosa which though is at border but then not very develiped around you will have to cross the najafgarh and then the dwarka road to enter well inhibited area. but i want something in developed areas. I am looking forward for some useful advice from you
