@@southbug27 Twist by Ouidad is sold at Target for $10. It might be at Walmart, too. You will have to check. It is a solid one from the drugstore. Another option is to buy the travel size. You only use a very small amount. I like the Playa hair oil or the Bread hair oil. It may be about $20, but it lasts over a year. Kristen Ess is a solid discount brand. I don’t see that they have one now. I would continue to check that brand. They are constantly adding to their line.

I have tried a lot of drug store foundation lately and for me their is no other then loreal infallible. The coverage is so good and it looks so natural on my skin. All time favorite!!!!

I’ve been on that kick too (out of curiosity!) and I still have a couple infallible‘s kicking around because if a foundation is too light or dark on me I’ll mix it in and I just know infallible is going to mix well because it’s such a reliable tried and true holy grail 🙌🏼

I like BH Cosmetics Lost in Los Angeles. I also enjoy the Weekend Vibes Avocado Toast palette. It is a good choice for when I want an olive green look.

I love how you talked about BH cosmetics palettes! 😍 I feel like no one talks about how amazingly pigmented they are and I love the color schemes! I have 'love in London's and the Switzerland palette. Both are very neutral and cool tone palettes with a few warm tone colors. I love them to death, they're so good. I'm just waiting on more palettes to come to TJmaxx/Marshalls so that I can snatch them up ✨😍

My fave affordable item hands down is the Maybelline waterproof full n soft mascara, can't live without it. It's the perfect first mascara, or for minimal makeup days. Gives full fluffy separated lashes that are still soft, the waterproof version never ever flakes or smudges on me but still easily removeable.

Okay, I love the Fit Me powder, but it's never been THAT smoothing on me. I could literally see the difference in the demo! Trying it with a damp sponge asap! Hahaha also, I agree with so many of these 😍

I thought the EXACT same thing.. I used that powder for a few months and then I switched over to the elf Halo glow which I really enjoy the natural finish of but I’m gonna go back to Maybelline setting my eyes at least using Morgan‘s method (blown away at how effective that was!)

The maybelline super stay vinyl inks are AWESOME. I want so many more colors. Target has more shades than cvs btw. Also a holy grail blush is the milani baked formula in berry amore. I know you would love it.

I just picked up BH Avocado Toast and Blueberry Muffin at Marshall's for $8 each! I also used your damp sponge + powder trick to set my undereyes today. My concealer didn't settle into my lines for the first time ever 😍 Thanks Morgan!

Mixing the L’Oréal infallible with the L’Oréal true match hyaluronic serum foundation-> *THE BEST* The forehead is so smooth and if you have a bit of acne, it like goes down!! And looks so beautiful the longer you wear it too!

Milani lip liners are so good too. The wooden pencil in natural (3) is my holy grail. Have repurchased 3x and I reach for it over any of my Charlotte Tilbury pencils.

Nyx lipliners and Revlon super lustrous lipstick. Loreal voluminous mascara is one I keep going back to. Love High end mascara but it's so expensive for something you can't keep for too long. Elf prep and hydrate balm. I have oily skin and it works great.

I found this video because I made it my goal to try to use as many affordable products as possible. I use the Elf Instant brow pencil every day because of how quickly I can get my brows done with it. Your list also has so many of my no. 1 products, so I was happy to see this! However, I do agree that high end foundations work much better...... I spent a year buying affordable foundations and could not find one that I truly loved on my skin! (The Fresh Wear foundation is the one that worked best for me as well!)

My favourite affordable item is the catrice true skin foundation ! Acts better than my high end foundation. Medium to full coverage and sits beautifully on the skin!!!

Im not super into drugstore makeup just bc for whatever reason it's not what makes my heart happy, but I can comment on the colourpop heart blushes for sure. I have two shades, and my goodness how beautiful. They really are so smoothing and silky on the cheek, soft buildable pigment. I like the other cp powder blushes in general, but you are right, there is something different about the heart ones. Excepting the fact that they are matte instead of luminous, the way they make the skin look reminds me of the hourglass blushes.

I love the Physicians Formula matte manoi butter bronzer!! If you can get past the smell (very fragranced) it's a beautiful bronzer. Also like the Essence pure nude highlighter :) need to try a ton of things you mentioned like those Milani lipsticks and the Fit Me powder!

Ladies you have to try Profusion brand eyeshadows they are so good and are as low as $6 also they have lip products and blushes! I have only tried the shadows so far and they are beautiful but I did just do some online shopping 🛍 and got some cream blushes/lip products from them too. 💅🏽💋

Loving the video so far! A couple suggestions for you for drugstore - the believe beauty cream blushes from dollar general. I’ve only seen 2 shades - a mauvey pink and a coral/peach. It’s $5. It blends like a dream. Lasts all day. Also - makeup revolution eyebright concealer in Deep Caramel to bronze/contour. Heard it’s a dupe for the contour wand, but haven’t tried that. It’s so good. So, so nice. The new L’Oréal bronzers are nice also. 🥰🥰

The Milani baked blushes are just gorgeous. I have three now. I also love BH shadows and prefer the formula to other cheaper brands. I wish in Australia we had more access to drugstore brands as well as high end. I always see great reviews on Nyx and Nars but never see them here, and online stockists are always sold out and have a very limited range, years behind the newest releases.

I agree with you on the foundation and concealer, I also love flower beauty’s concealer. Never heard of those Almay blushes I’m intrigued. I used to love the essence mascara and haven’t repurchased for a while. And yes I looove the Maybelline lifter gloss especially in the Brass color!! I actually ordered the ColourPop Star Wars and Winnie the Pooh palettes a few days ago and they'll be here Saturday. lol I can't wait. They were too cute not to get. I have the Avocado Toast and Lost in Los Angeles palettes too and those are def. worth it. I have that Elf putty primer and it really is amazing I use it every time I do my makeup. I'm mostly a high end and luxury makeup person but I do love to save on some products like eyeliners and mascara, and also lip crayons where Maybelline and Nyx lip crayons are better than all my high end lipsticks. But for foundations, concealers and eye shadow, it's high end/luxury all the way, I never but drugstore products for these. I don't find drug store brands so those well

Morgan, can you do a video comparing a ton of blushes and really dig into what is different about them, what’s good what’s bad…the reason I ask is because sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference and I’d love to hear a new perspective. I just wonder if you control for the color and the type(powder, liquid, cream) then can anyone really see the difference on the face. Yet we all keep buying things we probably don’t need. I have spent so much money on products that have been recommended by youtubers and I feel like I’ve been duped a bit. Who knows maybe it’s just that makeup can’t really solve all the problems I want them to 😂

I have tired almost everything you mentioned and yes I definitely agree with you a lot these products you are getting the bang for your buck. I will say I don’t enjoy the maybelline superstar matte inks I feel like they are a bit sticky. The color are gorgeous though. Great video! staying with the maybelline super stay line, I much prefer their Super Stay lip crayon to the liquid lip formula, it wears down a bit faster, but it's much more comfortable to me, plus I don't feel the need to be as precise with the application

💯 agree on this. I have a few liquid lips & their lifter glosses but the maybelline lip product that is the BEST all around is the crayon. Lead the way = my perfect nude. Always looks great. I can travel anywhere with just that color & be good!

Ok so I had a good impression on Essence lash princess. All of them are *trash* except the green one. Still, the green one was lengthening but I noticed that I have lost many of my natural lashes. I won’t repurchase Essence mascara anymore. If you were to buy any, then the green one is better. Btw, I have been using only Essence mascara for about 1 year. It’s time for me to use a new mascara

Both of the drugstore mascaras you mentioned are really good, but have you tried the Milani Anti-Gravity? I’m reaching for it over the Lash Princess. I hate the Maybelline liquid lipstick they are so dry. I’d much rather spend Dose of Colors Money. The Milani lipstick Secret is a dupe for Pillow Talk.
