Good research you have done. Interesting. But I want to give warning regarding meesho shopping. It happened with me. Always check seller details and reviews. It should be minimum 3.5 or more. Last year, my husband ordered a t shirt from meesho without checking seller details for rs. 500. He chose cod for payment thankfully. We received the package, we paid and when we opened there was a pocha inside worth rs 30, we tracked the delivery guy and convinced him somehow to take back package and return the money. Such things never happened on amazon.

But I find their customer service satisfactory. They take back default items and refund. My experience so far has been good with them.

@@kalyanisingh9561 good for you. They didn't entertain my calls. They didn't ban that seller and refused to register the complaint. On that note, I would like to bring up another incident. I ordered something worth rs 300. This got delivered and all good. After one week, another delivery with same cod amount came which I hadn't ordered. Since delivery guy first handed me, I felt it. It was again some cloth I felt which I didn't order. Delivery guy was adamant that I pay first before opening. I refused and asked him to prove that I ordered the product. He gave the right address and incorrect phone number and my phone app proved I hadn't ordered anything. These kind of things seem common with meesho. I still order but I have to be careful with them. Lot of scamster seller and delivery guys involved. I never have to check these details in amazon, although pricey. So take it with a pinch of salt.
