WOW Tasha, great finds!! The vase had great bones but once you finished it, oh my goodness, it was beautiful!! I can see that being sold in highend stores for a rather hefty price. Hi our Tasha I enjoyed this video so so much. You have so much talent. Our Goodwill never ever has the kinds of things yours does. I could have picked out so much stuff, but I don’t need another thing . I loved the pie plate and probably would not have used it for that, but maybe added my white gourd I grew in my garden. My husband has this thing about coolers 😂and we have one of every size. He too, picked up one like yours cheap. I loved that duck..so much character. You did a great job on the desk technique and glad you out the brass knob on for a high end look. I am sure she loved it and the organizer is so pretty. I could not have left that pot either. You brought it to another level. I learned how to do that from you, but have not found one like that. The old metal box looked great styled with the books. You so deserve that gorgeous olive tree . Thank you so much! I chose 6 pastel paints and bought sample sizes from Lowes. Then I used a thumb tack at the bottom center of the wall and tied a string to it. I used a pencil, tied to the string, to trace a perfect arch for the bottom of the rainbow. Then I moved the pencil down the string some and traced the arch for the next stripe up, and so on. Then I painted over each pencil arch wispily and imperfectly with never a lot of paint on the brush. I made sure to account for space in between each rainbow stripe. That's basically it!
