No Private Pools with homes???

Most new construction homes with pools would be well over $600k & only a few builders are offering pool options with a dirt-start house. Nothing under $400k will have a pool. There are a few resale homes with pools, but again...nothing under $400k and the resale pool homes tend to sell more quickly. If you'd like me to search for any for you, let me know.

Depends on the community: Summerwoods has 3 builders & the one I mention here (Starlight) is the only one currently with some options under $400. The other builders go higher into the mid $500's +. Prosperity Lakes (Lennar) has much higher prices up to the $600's depending on which section. Salt Meadows goes from under $400 up to the high $600's & even higher eventually because they have 3 series of homes. Bella Lago (DR Horton) also has several series of homes from mid $350's up to high $600's. If you need any other info, let me know.

@@edwinromero5896 technically, no...I say that because they build just a mile on the same road as Mocassin Wallow on the Parrish side except on just on the west side of I-75. Many of my buyers that look in 'Parrish' actually end up at the Artisan Lakes Taylor Morrison community because it's right beside us. Very much a 'sister' community.
