#1 the tif gallop cost $100 more #2 it only has a top speed of 28mph #3 you conveniently left the weight out. i KNOW the weight. and i understand why you didn't mention it.

@fallback8314 the tif can go 50 mph not 28 you have to call the tif company to get the limiter off of it and like I said you have to use the code they give you to get 100 off of it to make it the same price and I don't know anything about the weight of it i just know it's hold up to 330 don't know how much it weighs.

I swear when that scooter fell I said to myself that’s the one they sent me with the broken back right turn signal cover missing and a large dent in the battery compartment…And to this day, I haven’t heard anything from customer service about sending out a new scooter and I’ve emailed them 16 times….And FedEx told me they filed a claim but they still have my money and I have a scooter that’s inoperable/not functioning correctly full charge 6.7 miles till it’s dead 😡 customer service and this company is garbage

that's what EVERYONE is saying. it scared me and prevented me from buying it. i ultimately did. it came like 4 days ago. i went with it because i realized that EVERYONE was saying customer service sucked with the scooter they bought so i guess you may get that from just about any scooter you buy.

@ Your like planet Mars away from the truth…Apollo,Segway,NIU and Daultron are all the scooters I currently own and never once have I had a problem with customer service.They actually ANSWER EMAILS & PHONE CALLS …Oh yeah I just purchased a Punk Rider Pro 4 my daughter in place of the Ausom, it arrived with a smudge and a small crack on the LCD display,I emailed them, believe it or not. They responded the next day and said we’re going to send you a new LCD screen along with a gift to show our appreciation for being a customer….They sent a 5amp charger ($70) & a Punk Rider Pro baseball cap now that’s what you call. Excellent customer service…

We purchased this for our son for college, what a waste and piece of garbage... I guess this brand is a hit or miss. Customer service is non-existent when you have a problem with their merchandise

@Area13ebikes it arrived totally damaged. Turn signal cover missing large dent in the battery by the back tire, scooter will not hold a charge, LCD screen had no protective covering scratched up and a rear flat tire.... Customer service has responded one time 6 wks ago. I swear this scooter looks used
