I think (hope) hand controllers will be a thing of the past eventually where we can use our hands for a much more realistic experience. Cool technology for sure but would be even more interesting to see products more geared towards "normal" users which I think make up the majority of people watching this channel. Personally I would love a pair of VR gloves that would work well in X-Plane. Any tips highly appreciated!

I know that captoglove was working with DCS, but that doesn't work well... let's hope in something for Microsoft Flight simulator from microsoft :)

@@Tyrielwood Checked out CaptoGloves myself as well as sensoryx VRfree gloves but none of them are natively supported in X-Plane unfortunately. As for the upcoming VR support in MSFS2020, that will be very interesting to see!

It won't. The limitations of VR cloves/hand tracking solutions are they didn't provide a way for players to move around. Making a full-body movement might be a solution, but it is extremely unfavorable for small room space users.

@@kahungchim6367 You seem to forget all people using VR in simulators with little need for movement. Even in titles where you need to move, that seems to work really well too using simple gestures. Dexmo Haptic Gloves was the best for VR i think. It just need to be better but you can really feel everything in VR with Dexmo. So i hope even if Dexmo dont want to push it, another company do the same technology and make it perfect for consumer.

@@twistedttea Nah, it does give feedback. Like the feeling of touching something on your finger like a haptic vest. But you won't actually be able to grab something and actually have a force pushing your fingers back.
