Cash $$ Offers are the way to go. Find someone who has had a death in the family or they need a quick sale. Crime rates are my #1 concern. I was born in Maine (Waterville) and wish to retire in Maine. This is a very difficult process. Packing, moving, having that home ready to move in and be safe for horrific Winter's. New drivers license. etc etc.
