Great job with this video. When I was stationed at Bagram outside of Kabul, we had Afghan Nationals working with us and they used to bring me Kabuli with Kabob and seasoned bread and it has left an impression on my taste buds for life. I have searched everywhere including making it myself and it is never right. Even when I was in Texas, I tried 3 different authentic Afghan spots where you take your shoes off and kneel down to eat, and none of them taste even close. I have to go back just to have that flavor again. Haroon and Malik were the names of the 2 guys that rotated bringing me a plate each day. So, with that being said, trust me, unless you have the food in their own Country, it won't be worth trying in America, you have to try it there. Either way, I was very grateful.
