I just installed rotor and I think ECA has one of the best tank, the manticore, accompanied by several tanks, AA tanks and long range artillery, it can be a serious threat. Also I tried playing turtle tactics on brutal but it just doesnt seem to work, the enemies always get ahead of me, maybe I'm just too slow..

Depends on the map, if it's a city with a lot of garrisons, you can turtle with infantry then transition to structure turtle

If u re playing with Eca Faction u should select the defensive options in 1STAR promotions at left side this promotion adding abilities on machine gun tower -spot the area- this ability can upgrade your range

ECA units and almost all units added in the mod look like they came from Tiberian Sun or Star Craft, out of place. Generals and even Zero Hour's theme are far from this, modern but not too futuristic. They bulid with bulldozers not with something like Corsair in Starcraft. I love the idea of adding Russia and Europe in the game because both are great factions in general but the execution and the buildings/units of both looks too impractical. This is the same thing what turned me off about Generals 2.

I think I still love the GLA and the Russians the most, ECA is great, however their buildings look like they have been wrecked or something. They also look unneccessarily complicated and don't look that well. The best way to defeat the enemy with the ECA is by simply moving your defensive lines forward, knocking out their main base with the fixed artillery, then power, destroying their mobile air units with Harriers, and finally the dozers. I have won ECA games without producing a single tank!

ECA sucks when you need to defend your base but it is good on stealth stuffs but I prefer China other than the other team thanks to the Machinegunner and Tankgunner units (You can train them in barracks and you will know what I mean)

ECA lacks one thing that can be crucial which is units or structures that take down rockets. Russians are the best, right behind are Americans (some would say otherwise but alright), Chinese don't destroy rockets but Speaker Tower can fend them off away, only ECA can't help except for the truck you unlock but you have to click on it all the time so that's ruled out. other than that all factions are good. the toughest opponent is GLA

They are Spanish pilots. To elaborate, in this mod, Harriers are decommissioned by the UK, with the rest that are still operational are bought by Spain. In WW3, the Russians destroyed most of Europe’s air capabilities, leaving Spain and some countries are the only ones with fixed-wing aircrafts.
