@MAproductions2 Yeah you can uninstall it...and that's weird...most mods come with a uninstaller so i don't know why you cant uninstall contra

I'm not sure if it's still sold, but I found my copy in either Target or Walmart I can't remember. I'm pretty sure you can find it online on the EA store or something. It's a collection of the first C&C games put into one disc. If you have Generals Zero Hour you can still install mods in the game. It's only one step different. I put the method in an annotation in the begging of the video check it out.

Was this after you installed the mod? Or just the game? If it happened after the mod was installed it may possibly be because it needs to be updated to the 1.04 patch. Just search that up on Google.com Other than that I have no Idea...maybe your graphics card doesn't meet the requirements. also sorry I took so long to reply I never got a notification a new comment was posted.

After awhile of playing other mods, I actually want to come back to Shockwave. I tried it again, with a different antivirus, and still get the Trojan. This is not the only error I get, the Shockwave launcher also doesn't work, however starting up regular ZH starts up Shockwave 0__o. It completely overwrit the game, so now I can't play regular ZH. Even if I uninstall Shockwave, I can't run regular ZH.

I actually tried it. I put it into what I believe is the equivalent of EA games which would be C:Program Files\Origin Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour. The problem is that whenever I bring up the ROTR's launcher it opens up in Origin and plays vanilla Zero Hour. Any ideas on what to do?

The only mod I've ever had problems with is Shockwave, and I don't know why. I have Rise of the Reds 1.801, and had the mod since 1.7, CWC, and an 'advanced ai' mod. All of them work, but for the advanced AI, I have to disable before I play mods with custom factions (except for ROTR, because Russia and ECA's AI never worked in the first place :p) I honestly DO want to play Shockwave. I just need some help on how to get past the damn Trojan, and make it NOT overwrite my original ZH. :/

dude, I left a comment 2 months ago, and I don't have problems with Shockwave or any other mod, maybe it's a your PC, maybe it not compatibile with ZH mods...I have Shockwave 1.1 and Rise of The Reds 1.8 in the same time and both work properly (they come from same team and have separate launchers)

i dont have the original cd version i have the one downloaded from internet and patched and cracked. so does that mean it wouldnt work? i already did all the steps but except putting it in the "frist decade" which i dont have i put it in the main Zero hour Folder where i launch zero hour. I've been looking all over online for you man (and the others as well) but I just can't seem to find a way to get it to work if you installed it with origin, and because I didn't do it with origin and I don't want to buy it again, I can't test things out, which is why I'm not going to recommended some things to you, because I don't know if they could potentially screw up your game or comp. unzip it? Download winRAR because its awesome. Search for winrar on google and get it on their site :)

Theirs only one fix... its to change the end of the orignal short cut 2 -mod inF41.big with a space b4 mod. this worked for me its the only fix and nobody knows it. its hard to explain and their no videos of it.

Well, I got the Trojan fixed (it was a real one BTW) but now when I hit the Shockwave launcher it says "Path not specified" yet when I hit original ZH it runs Shockwave. I can't play original ZH, even after I "Uninstalled" the mod, still kept running Shockwave, had to reinstall ZH for it to work :/ I honestly WANT Shockwave to work, it's a GREAT mod, I LOVED it. I'm not a ROTR fan, I just like it -___-

Well..you could use the uninstall that comes included in the mod. Just go to Start>all programs> C&C Generals Shockwave> Uninstall Shockwave. Now if you literally mean EVERYTHING then IDK just go to the directory where I told you to install it and Delete all the shockwave files which I would not reccomend. But I guess it would be possible. Don't take my word for it. But if you wanted to install a different mod doing the whole start menu then uninstall would work fine

this only work on the disc version so if you have the origin version you need to get a special launcher for that i don't know if it works or not i used crosus for mod launching that used to be good

because of how origin has things set, you need to download a program from bibber.eu (if you have the ultimate collection from origin) i don't know it it works for the first decade aswell. Yes it has a readme. Then i would get the luancher up, with origin i think you need to create a shortcut of the luancher and rightclick, propertys and at the end of the target put "spacebar" yes they key not the words" -ui. (I THINK) not entiarly sure.

(caps limit) The Trojan is actually real as well, ever since I got that error my computer has been freezing regularly, crashing, and running extremely slow. I would LOVE to be able to play Shockwave again, but the fact that I have to completely reinstall ZH if I want to play Campaign, or just regular ZH is annoying, and this Trojan is REALLY getting on my nerves. Can you please give me some advice? Maybe a different download link? (the Trojaned one is from Moddb)

Hey dude, I've been wondering at the very first beginning of your instructional video "bout MODS, you've said that if you don't have The First Decade Folder then you may install it in CnC Generals Zero Hour Folder, now let's go to my main point If I install it in CnC Generals Zero Hour will it change my Old one With the new one or will there be a new CnC Genarls instead?? I'm afraid to do it so because my current records and save files in CnC General Zero Hour were too precious because I've already got all the medals not just having them all but the important fact is that they're all in maximum achievement if you know what I'm saying, sorry too bad for my English though I can't explain it clearly hope you understand.. But I know a way how to copy your stats in skirmish I'm just afraid that I might lose the CnC Generals Zero Hour and have the New one CnC General Zero Hour Rise of the Reds..... Reply ASAP
